We will have options to present your work as a seminar or as a poster, both virtually and in-person.
Submission deadline: July 2, 2021
In-person Presentations
If you choose to attend Evergreen, both seminars and poster presentations will be held in-person. Seminars will be presented at the ballroom at Olympia Hotel at Capitol Lake, and we will support options for social distancing. Your seminar will be streamed live through Zoom, so others around the world can watch and ask questions live.
For in-person poster presentations, we will help you print and set up your poster at the hotel. We request that you still record a ~5 minute flash talk for our virtual audiences. We will host a special session Zoom session for poster Q&As later in the week.
Virtual Presentations
If you choose to attend virtually, seminars will be presented using Zoom to both the in-person and virtual audience. If the time zone doesn't suit you, we also have options for you to pre-record your presentation. Pre-recorded presentations should be around 15 minutes long, with 5 minutes alloted for questions.
For virtual poster presentations, your poster will be added to the virtual poster room, and we request that you record a ~5 minute flash talk that others can watch on their own time. We will host a special session Zoom session for poster Q&As later in the week.
We’re excited to see what you have been working on!
